:pushpin: Select any File or Folder

:pushpin: Right Click on it and Go for Rename

:pushpin: Press and hold the 'Alt' Key and type 0160 from Numpad of the Keyboard

:pushpin: Now Hit Enter

:pushpin: Done! Your Nameless File or Folder will be Created

:warning: The File or Folder that Seems Nameless is Actually Named with a Single Space.

If you want Create Another Nameless File or Folder then Simply Follow Below Steps.
