Prevention and control of infections
Coronavirus
is spread from person to person through
mucous membranes, such as coughs and sneezes.
The
following measures should be adopted to control
this.
1. If you have symptoms such as sneezing, coughing, fever, or sore throat, do not go out at all. Use the telephone numbers provided and seek medical advice immediately.
2. Whenever you leave your home, wear a washcloth that is easy to wash whenever possible and make it easier to wash your clothes when you return.
3. Wear non-essential watches, rings, bracelets, earrings etc. Minimum Goods
Take some out.
4. If you wear a face mask, wear it on the straps the closest you get out of the house. After wearing the mask, do not touch it again, except for escape. Do not put the mask down when you are talking to her. If the mask is wet or should be removed after four hours. Once in the rescue, grab it from its back harness and pull out. Do not touch the front. As soon as the mask is removed, grab the bundle and put it in the trash bin. Then wash your hands thoroughly with soap.
5. Avoid using public transport as much as possible. Walk on foot if you can. If using public transportation, be at least one meter apart from the other person. Avoid touching the fence, chair, or pedestal as much as possible while getting on the bus or train and sitting down. If you feel the need to touch, use a piece of tissue paper. After use, put the tissue paper into a castle as soon as possible.
6. If you want to use an elevator to get to your office or service, skip it as much as possible and use the stairs/stairs. Do not touch your hands while climbing the stairs.
7. If it is necessary to use an elevator, do not rush to the crowds. Get up from the crowd. It would be important to have a queue for the elevator. Once you get to the lift, use a tissue paper or a toothpick again to open the deck number you want to go to. Then put it in the trash bin as soon as possible. Stand on the side of the wall, facing each other in the elevator. In the middle, face the door. If you sneeze at someone else, the damage is minimal. Don't move more than ten at a time in a large elevator.
8. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap if you are provided with a hand wash before going to your workplace. Otherwise, you should go to the bathroom/toilet and wash your hands with soap and water immediately before entering the office.
9. If there are windows that can be opened at your workplace, keep the windows open during the day to provide good sunlight and ventilation inside the office. When the same air is circulating in a room, germs can spread.
10. If you have to work with other people/clients during your working hours, always make sure to keep at least a one-meter gap. If necessary, mark the floor of the workplace or otherwise.
11. If you work at a service counter, wash your hands with disinfectant liquid after serving one client after another. It is best if your clients are able to wash their hands before coming into the office. If you are looking to get some services out of the house, before you enter the office, wash your teeth with soap and water before entering the office at all times.
12. When you enter a workplace to receive any service, be sure to keep a minimum distance of one meter from the others.
13. Do not share dishes, cups, water bottles with others during lunch/lunch. Keep your own separate cup/water bottle for drinking water.
14. If you have frequent contact with other people, be sure to wash your hands thoroughly with soap at least once an hour.
15. Use a piece of tissue paper or disposable cloth when touching common objects used by others (such as the door handle, bulb switch or toilet item). Immediately after use, throw it in the trash bin.
16. When you sneeze, use a piece of tissue paper or the side of your elbow. If a piece of tissue paper is used, immediately put it in the trash bin.
17. Wash hands with soap after touching any item or surface. If you cannot wash your hands regularly, wash your hands with a disinfectant.
18. Get in the queue for bus, train, shop or any other public service. It is very easy to keep the minimum gap when in the polymer. It is also possible to obtain services in the order of arrival.
19. Avoid getting your pets out of the house as much as possible. If so, try to keep them as close to the surface as possible.
20. If you need to move out of the house and open the gate or the door on your return, always seek the help of someone who has stayed in the house whenever you can. If you are unable to do so, open the gate and door using a piece of tissue paper, and immediately place the tissue paper in a trash bin.
21. Remove your shoes, slippers and footwear outside the home.
22. Get used to putting your car keys, wallet, hat and other things in the box at the entry point.
23. Never touch any other place in the house before you clean.
24. If you have access to a shower before entering, take a good bath first. If you can't, go to the bathroom before doing anything else in the house. If there is more than one bathroom in the house, use a separate bathroom for those who go out and a separate bathroom for those who stay inside. Otherwise, clean the bathroom with disinfectant after you use. Clean places, such as the shower and door handle. After the shower, bring someone home.
25. Wash all the clothes you put out and soak them in laundry powder. Or rinse well with soap. Do not let the clothes of those who leave the house join. Wash every day using a hand or washing machine.
26. Clean your glasses and cell phones with disinfectant water.
27. Clean with disinfectant liquid before storing the polythene and plastic containers in the materials you brought home from outside. Wash vegetables thoroughly. Wash the fabric before using.
28. After cleaning the items, wash your hands again with soap and water.
We can do this. We will do this.💓
